The Lakshmi Kalyanam as narrated by its creator-Sasi.
“Emerald in its philosophy is committed to create beautiful masterpieces that can be relished to the millimeter by all the people” one such marvel is the Lakshmi Kalyanam. Lakshmi Kalyanam- The exuberant that carries in it the beautiful story of marriage between goddess Lakshmi and lord Vishnu. While lord Vishnu , was incarnated as the kurna (the tortures), goddess Lakshmi was born to the divine sea residing on a beautiful lotus decked with ornaments and draped in gorgeous fabrics, Lakshmi observed that devas and asoras watched her with the desire to have a claim on her. They wanted her for what she gave her wealth. Lakshmi, with that pristine heart wanted to be understood and loved unconditionally and not claimed.Then her eyes moved up and she glanced at lord Vishnu. Vishnu was mounted upon his garuda. At that moment, lord Vishnu looked at her and their eyes locked. Lakshmi saw in his eyes not a desire to claim her but pure love. Overwhelmed by the sweet glances, Lakshmi paced towards Vishnu and guaranteed him the vaijanti mala. Vishnu welcomed the gesture and acknowledged her as his wife. The flowers and blessings rained from the sky and this finally led to Narayan becoming Lakshmi Narayan, synonymous to completeness.
“Indian jewelry are mostly designed to touch the women’s hearts. I wanted to recreate this beautiful and heart stirring story of “Lakshmi – Kalyanam”. For the brides to adorn during the most special moment of their lives, their “kalyanam” (day of marriage) said sasi.
“I started reading many scriptures and articles to find the genuine interpretations of Lakshmi kalyanam. I was truly moved when I got to the depths of it”.
I was determined to put in all that I have as I’d taken upon me a very divine task. I wanted to ensure to bring alive the joy of “Lakshmi Kalyanam” in my piece of jewelry I started making several drafts to ensure perfection.
Once I experimented with various ways of communicating the story I graciously made my final sketch which was going to be crafted into one of the best pieces history has ever seen.
Design is the life blood of any jewel, however in this case, the jewel was going to be predominantly handmade. I ensured that the core of my imagination is clearly communicated to my fellow karigars.
I sat by them ensuring the philosophy EMERALD PREECHES PERFECTION.
“Behind every masterpiece lie the many great things that took to create it”.
The jewel slowly transformed into a masterpiece.

I have always believed in being one with the nature a product that reacts to the whistles of air and the winds of nature.I start my endeavor to create something “Mindblowing” by reading and gathering insights of various technological advancements. I try and understand how other industry innovations can be intelligently/ interestingly inculcated in our iconic pieces of jewelry.I draw inspiration from the simplest yet incredible things around us.
Once I conceive my idea, I make a few sketches to confirm its feasibility. Trials after trials it takes to get to perfection. Once the ‘N’ of perfection is attained I use multiple softwares to make functional rendering of my product.
The product I usually make have several functional intricacies. Being closely associated in the product’s production will what result in 100% satisfaction for me. Sometimes it even takes my effort in the product’s final assembly.
But holding that product, No, the masterpiece that you’ve and looking at it beautifully hum to the winds of nature truly warms my heart.I hope and believe that this product will inspire people to carry the spirit and energy the nature’s winds do!

We ensure that all the operators pass stringent skill tests and train them on a regular basis to ensure high levels of perfection to ensure that the intended shape of the product is wholly remained. In case of errors, our strong quality control team demand and get us to manufacture a new pristine piece.
Polish in parts you never think of intricate areas polishing to demands great skill, patience and techniques. Our people have mastered this and ensure that all areas including the highly complicated and detailed areas are polished to become flawless.
